Saturday, 23rd September 2017 marks the 87th National day of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. UAE has been expressing its gratitude and joy for this remarkable day by changing the name of the telecom service from Du or Etisalat to “UAE and KSA TOGETHER”. But, what more? UAE is also keen on celebrating this occasion with displays of fireworks and concerts that would be hosted by popular artists. Many residents have stated that the celebratory mood is quite evident at many malls and streets of UAE.
This 2-day celebration was kicked off from Friday.
The Dubai skies were lit with amazing fireworks in places like Dubai Festival City, Riverland in Dubai Parks and Resorts, and The Dubai Creek. Concerts by popular artists Waed, Balqees, Dalia and Rakan Khaled are also said to be held.
Many malls and popular family attractions are also holding various events and activities while celebrating the Saudi Arabia National Day which includes a SA National Day Show, an imagine show and a Lego Bricks Festival at the Dubai Festival City. There is also distribution of Saudi Arabia national flags to all the visitors at the Dragon Mart 2.
It doesn’t end here.
Dubai also launched a new logo that is designed with #Always_Together – marking the 87 years of Saudi Arabia. The hashtag has been a top trend on social media platforms.
His Highness Sheikh Moahmmed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and the Prime Minister of UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, took his twitter to congratulate the people of Saudi Arabia on this occasion.

UAE and Saudi Arabia will always be together in fate and for the service of Islam and in defense of our countries. The joy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the joy of UAE and its people.
