KASHLAMA

DOLMA

GATA
It is an Armenian sweet bread that is served as desserts along with a cup of tea or coffee. There are different types of Gata found in Armenia. One of its type is a puffed pastry that is sprinkled with sugar and is stuffed with nuts. Another type of the sweet bread of Gata is made by locals who live in the villages of Geghard and Garni.
CHURCHKELA
A traditional Georgian candle-shaped candy that has its main ingredients as grapes, nuts and flour. Nuts like Almonds, hazelnuts and sometimes raisins are threaded onto a string that is dipped in the thickened grape juice or any other fruit juices and is then dried in the shape of sausages. But, you can never leave Armenia without savoring on this Armenian Snickers. It looks weird, but it is tasty, damn nutty and fruity.
