CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the trip is cancelled or amended 14 days prior to the travel date will result in no cancellation and no amendment charges will be applied to the client.
- If the trip is cancelled or amended 14 to 4 days prior to the travel date, will result in 10% cancellation charges and no amendment charges will be applied to the client.
- If the trip cancelled or amended 4 to 2 days prior to the travel date, will result in 50% cancellation charges or 10% amendment charges will be applied to the client.
- If the trip cancelled or amended 48 hours prior to the travel date, will result in 100% cancellation charges or 25% amendment charges will be applied to the client.
- Some hotels have non-cancellable or amendable policy so while booking checking with our agent is necessary.
- Refund shall be made within 7 working days from the cancellation date and refundable amount will depend on the above mentioned cancellation policy.
