S – SLEEP ADEQUATELY
Sleeping is quite important when it comes to traveling on long haul flights. So start with a lightweight blanket along with a good travel pillow.
Do not forget to carry some toiletries such as hand sized toothpaste and toothbrushes with a few face cleansing wipes which would surely keep you refreshed after you have landed.
U – UPGRADE
While traveling via ling haul flights, there is nothing better than using your frequent flier miles. By using these points, you can book yourself a first class leg room, edible meals with entertainment and enough breathing space.
P – PACK LESS
Anything that is under your seat means heights of no comfortability for 15-16 hours. So plan on brining things that are required for you to carry. Don’t over bring things that would just cause dissatisfaction and irritation.
E – ESCAPE
Escape literally means leaving all the worldly tensions and problems away, and just spending some time for yourself. Disappear for 15 hours’ things that you love to do but don’t get the time to. Spending time watching movies or reading novels would be definitely decrease your boredom.
R – RELAX
Relaxing and staying calm is really important. Getting hyper will get you even more restless. Catch up on some videos watching yourfavorite destination, or read a few guides in order to have a wonderful stay.
S – STAY HYDERATED
Aircrafts usually leave most of us dehydrated after a while. So, keep drinking plenty of water and avoid caffeine. Also, it’s been proven that you might start finding your skin a bit dry and cracked so don’t forget to carry a moisturizer with yourself and carry eye drops just in case of dry eyes.
T – TAKE YOUR OWN SNACKS
It’s not that you won’t get fed on a long-haul flight, but it’s not necessary for you to get what you are expecting. Traveling through various travel zones means you might end up having breakfast twice or probably end up having dinner for breakfast. To save the chaos and the hunger, isn’t it better to carry dry snacks so that you are ready to munch on, whenever you’d like.
A – ASK FOR A GOOD SEAT
Traveling for 16 hours with a flight that doesn’t even have a proper leg space or a seat that is hell uncomfortable? Nah, bad idea.
That is why, always check for a seat that is comfortable and has enough space to not suffocate you. If you’re an avid window seat lover, then choose that. Make sure you’re sitting on a seat that could be comfortable for you.
R – RELATIONSHIP BONDING
Long durations flights are a good way to interact and make new friends and increase your contacts. Each person beside you in the plane has their own reason of traveling so why not get to know theirs and share yours?
