Banana boat ride is one of the most commonly tried water activities on the beaches in Dubai.
On the ride, one or more of the people on the banana boat connect their respective tubes to a motor boat. The banana boat along with the riders on it, are then pulled through the water by that motor boat.
The speed at which this happens is usually decided by the banana boat riders.
Children are generally given a slow, gentle ride, while thrill-seeking teenagers usually ask to be pulled faster, and sometimes even to be pulled across waves.
