• Above rates are subject to availability and may change due to government taxes, hotel charges and Best available rates with or without notice.
• Mentioned flights are subject to availability.
• Additional surcharges, if any, will be applicable.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 1500 hrs (Istanbul local time), and check-out time is 1100 hrs (Istanbul local time).
• Early check-in and late check-out will be provided if requested by customer, but is subject to availability.
• One-night pre-block room charge is required to guarantee early check-in.
• Only 1 extra bed allowed in the room.
• 100% advance payment required to secure booking in case of non-refundable hotels & flights.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 Days or more from departure date – 10% of Package cost.
• Between 25 to 60 Days from departure date – 50 % of Package cost.
• Less than 25 Days from departure date – 100% of Package Cost.
• Note-If a non-refundable fare is applicable then minimum charges will be non-refundable fare. 

Payment Policy:
