Let’s start with the bad news, because this way, if you are either Pakistani or Filipino, you will be able to really appreciate the good news when we let it out. Here it is.
As of recently, the Dubai Immigration Department has stated and confirmed that, until further notice, no 90-days UAE tourist visas will be processed or issued for both Pakistani and Filipino nationalities. That does not mean that you cannot visit the UAE at all; however, it means that the only UAE tourist visa you are eligible to apply for through Dubai is the 30-days visa.
The Dubai Immigration system will not accept any more applications for 90-days visas, and as for visas that are currently under process, their fate is to be decided and informed by the Immigration Department in Dubai.

Are You Eligible to Apply for a 90-days UAE Visa?
Age requirements now apply for both mentioned nationalities:
- Female applicants are to be 30-years old and above.
- Male applicants are to be 19-years old and above.
These age requirements apply when a tourist is applying for a new UAE visa, or applying for a visa change process.
Required Documents & Processing Time
Regular 90-Days UAE Visa
Processing takes about 4 to 5 working days, and requires the following:
- Clear colored Passport Copy
- Photo with white background
- Applicant profession should not be in a low profession category.
- If applicant is a child, supporting documents for mother will be required.
90-Days Airport-to-Airport Visa Change
Processing takes about 24 to 48 hours, and requires the following:
- Clear colored passport copy
- Photo with white background
- Ticket copy
- Previous visa copy
- If applicant is a child or a minor, an attested birth certificate is required.
